About The Bench.
The slats sit in a bolted frame. Any slat or leg can be replaced on its own.
At 45 cm, its seat height matches The Chair, so the two work at the same table.
Like every Another Life piece, it is made from timber that already had a first life. Marks from that life stay visible, wherever they don't reduce strength. And if a part ever wears out: replace the part, not the piece.
